技術と感性が息づく、一貫したものづくり。
Feuerwork（フォイヤワーク）では、構想から素材選び、制作、仕上げに至るまで、すべての工程をアーティストであり職人のオハッドが手がけています。
手を動かし、素材と対話しながら形を探る。確かな技術と鋭い感性がディテールにまで注ぎ込まれ、一つひとつに手仕事ならではの表情が宿ります。

自然に学び、鉄で表現する。
岡山県西粟倉村は、森林が95％を占める小さな村です。澄んだ空気や清らかな水、季節ごとに表情を変える風景。その豊かな自然は、ものづくりと暮らしの両方にインスピレーションを与えてくれます。
そこにイスラエルで育まれた感性と、日本のものづくりへの敬意が重なり、独自の造形が生まれます。

自然や素材、人が持つ力を信じ、その魅力と可能性を引き出すこと。機能性や耐久性だけでなく、鉄と手仕事が生み出す質感や温もり、使うほどに深まる風合いを大切にしています。自然が長い時間をかけて風景を育むように、作品もまた使い手とともに風合いを深めていきます。

Inspired by Nature
Based in Nishiawakura, a small forest village in Okayama, our work is inspired by the nature that surrounds us and informed by both Israeli and Japanese approaches to craft and design.
EMPOWERMENT
We believe in revealing the potential within materials, spaces, and people. Through handcraft and thoughtful design, we create objects that enrich daily life, inspire new perspectives, and grow alongside the people who live with them.

シェインワルドフォイヤオハッド（通称リファ）
Ohad Sheinwald Feuer
鍛冶職人・鉄の造形作家・建築士　Blacksmith, wood and metal craftsman, Architect.

1983年イスラエルのハイファ生まれ。美術講師・芸術員でジャーナリストであり、現在はキュレーターの母の影響により、幼少期から芸術の世界に親しみ、アートの本質を身近に感じながら育った。一方で、父は金属加工業を営んでおり、さまざまな素材や機械がある工場が遊び場であり、学びの場でもあった。周囲には職人気質の漂う工房が軒を連ね、熟練の職人たちの仕事に魅了され、自然と技術を身につけていった。
17歳から本格的に父の工場で働き始め、10年以上にわたり金属加工の経験を積む傍ら、家具制作にも取り組み、自らのスタイルを試行錯誤の中で築き上げていった。さらにテクニオン工科大学では建築を学び、建築士（二級）の資格を取得。卒業後は5年間、製図の講師として教鞭もとった。
「僕にとって、作ることは、とても自然な行為。素材や構造、製造技術といった視点で世界を常に見て触れてきた。技術的な問題を解決することが好きです。」
2007年妻・アキコと出会った、道も電気も携帯電話もないインド・ヒマラヤの村や山で過ごした時間の中で、「本当の豊かさ」に触れた経験が、創作や人生観に深い影響を与えた。
より自然と調和した暮らしを求め日本へ拠点を移し、日本中を旅して辿り着いた岡山県西粟倉村で2015年事業を立ち上げ、妻と4人の子どもたちとともに暮らし、美しい自然からインスピレーションを受け、細部まで情熱を注ぎ、日々制作しています。

Creating has always come naturally to me.
I see the world through materials, structures, and processes, and enjoy finding elegant solutions to technical challenges.
I was born in Haifa, Israel, in 1983. My mother, a journalist and art lecturer, introduced me to the world of art from an early age. My father was a metal fabricator who ran his own workshop, where I grew up surrounded by materials, machines, and the process of making things.
The industrial area around my father's workshop was filled with small factories and skilled craftsmen. As a child, I spent countless hours visiting neighboring workshops, watching, helping, and learning from the older generation of makers. The workshop was my playground.
At seventeen, I began working alongside my father and gradually developed my metalworking skills. In my spare time, I designed and built furniture, slowly establishing my own creative language. Later, I earned a degree in Architecture from the Technion – Israel Institute of Technology, where I taught architectural drafting for five years.
In 2007, I met Akiko while hiking in the Indian Himalayas. The simplicity of mountain life and the experience of living closely with nature profoundly influenced both my philosophy and creative direction.
Seeking a life more connected to nature, we eventually moved to Japan and founded Feuerwork in 2015. Today, together with our four children, we continue to enjoy a life shaped by creativity, craftsmanship, and the natural world around us.

森林が95％を占め、ヒメボタルも舞う源流に近い西粟倉村大茅は、澄んだ空気と美味しい水に恵まれ、トンビが舞う空、鳥のさえずり虫の声が聞こえる豊かな自然に囲まれ、4人の子供と暮らす古民家の工房風景をお楽しみください。
Nishiawakura Village in Okayama, 90% is forest, is blessed with clear air and delicious water, surrounded by a rich natural environment where you can hear the chirping of birds and the voices of insects. Enjoy the scenery of the workshop in an old farm house where I live with my family.
